This refillable journal cover is made from premium Wickett and Craig natural vegetable tanned leather. It comes with one 3.5 x 5 inches Cahiers Moleskine notebook.  Approximate size when folded close: 4.5 inches x 6.5 inches
You can swap out any similar sized notebook, or a larger page count refill and it will fit great.  The leather cover will last a very long time and is sealed to be water resistant to keep your ideas dry.
